Press: 115lbs.
Deadlift: 225lbs.
Day 2: A
Squat: 200lbs.
Bench: 170lbs.
Upright Row: 115lbs.
Day 3: B
Squat: 205lbs.
Press: 115lbs.
Deadlift: 235lbs.
The Mrs. is out of town through the 25th. This gives me a chance to get in nine workouts, three per week, with minimal interruption. I intend to do just that.
