Bench: 190lbs.
Upright Row: 130lbs.

 Day 2: B
Squat: 270lbs.
Press: 120lbs.
Deadlift: 265lbs.

 Day 3: A
Squat: 275lbs.
Bench: 190lbs.
Upright Row: 135lbs.
